Viroteq’s AI vision technology makes it possible to clarify the position, dimensions and characteristics of these products in situations with unknown, always varying products. The algorithm can deal with situations of overlapping products of different materials and colours. Depending on the required information, the best camera and algorithm combination is always used to determine the correct parameters in detail. Quality inspection

To improve the overall quality of processes, information about both the process itself and all of the individual products need to be inspected. Where humans become loose their sharpness after some time and are not capable of keeping a high quality standard at higher capacities, our systems are able to register all important process and product quality parameters to improve the overall performance of het process and reduce the amount of errors or damages to product.

Sorting and classification

Being able to correctly classify and detect individual flexible products in large datasets makes it possible to sort these product with a great precision and accuracy. The viroteq AI vision system is able to even classify and sort items that it has never seen before to the right group or category.

Robotic gripper placement

For the efficient and error-free robotic movement of packaging and other objects, it is important to have a perfect gripper placement on the product. Viroteq’s algorithms use AI vision data and the 3D product parameters of both gripper and robot to determine the optimal pick-up position for each object.
